Day of Megalithic Culture in the Stone Age Park Albersdorf

Sunday the 30. 4. 2023 the Stone Age Park Dithmarschen celebrates the European Day of Megalithic Culture and has two guided tours through the Stone Age Park and to some megaliths there. 

The focus lies on the use of megalithic structures in different times, from the building of this fascinating monuments and their use as burial places in neolithic times, through their use as “quarries” for building purposes in the last centuries until their value as protected archaological heritage today.

The guided tours start at 13.00 and 15.00 at the entrance of the Stone Age Park Dithmarschen in Albersdorf. The tours are included in the entrance fee.
